Choosing Credit card as the mode of payment
Choosing credit card as the mode of payment requires you to have your name as purchaser exactly the same as the name appearing on your credit card with which you are making payment for the purchases.
Choosing "Cash On Delivery" as the mode of payment
If you choose "Cash On Delivery" as your mode of payment, the goods ordered by you will be sent to the name and address which you have indicated.
Therefore, your shipping address should be the same as your billing address. The signature of any person who resides at the address mentioned by you, on the delivery slip, will be proof of acceptance of the order you placed. Prices mentioned are in INDIAN RUPEES (INR).

Xoxo Sky Shop offers home delivery within territorial boundaries of India. For orders placed through the website, using the credit card mode of payment for the full value, no extra charges will be levied for deliveries within India. For orders placed using any other mode of payment, delivery charges may be levied as appropriate depending on the product and the location of the customer. Delivery charges outside India would have to be borne by the customer. Deliveries within India will be effected generally within 48-72 hours of realization of instrument / authorization of value of product. Delivery outside India would take a minimum of 1 week after realization of payment. Sales Return |

We shall accept returns from customers only on account of damage in transit. Exchange of goods would be at the discretion of Xoxo Sky Shop and on availability of items. Refund / credit would be made within 30 days of receipt of the damaged product with Sales Invoice.
